Prime Minister  of Antigua and Barbuda Sends Congratulatory Message to President Raul Castro

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, December 30, 2011 .- The Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer sent a congratulatory message to president Raúl Castro and people of the Republic of Cuba to mark the triumph of the Cuban revolution, which is celebrated on January 1, and successes in these 53 years of struggle.

In his message said that this revolution marked the beginning of the socio-economic transformation of Cuba and its total independence from imperialism, with one of the best systems of health care and education in the world with significant progress being proud of all Cubans, in addition to the excellent state of relations between the two peoples and other member states of the Caribbean community.
