Posada Carriles Should Be Sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Terrorism and The Cuban Five Should Be Released Now.

 

BARBADOS, March 18,2011.- It expresses one of the verses of the song that the famous and legendary Barbadian calypso singer Anthony "Mighty Gabby" gives the finishing touches on recording and mixing these days.

 

Deeply committed to solidarity with Cuba, and in particular the case of The Cuban Five, Gabby asked the Cuban Ambassador in Barbados Lissette Perez to one of the recording sessions in the modest and simple-owned studio´s Mike Sealy, another important musician local, who offered at no cost to the local as his contribution to the cause.

 

The song recorded in the familiar style of calypso, is as Gabby expressed as his contribution as Barbadians artists to the struggle for freedom of the Five and in tribute to the victims of the abominable crime committed against the aircraft Cubana airliner in 1976 that killed 73 people.

 

"Posada Carriles, Orlando Bosch and terrorists in South Florida, deserve the greatest punishment and from Barbados, I call to be condemned," said Gabby to discuss their discontent with the way it handles the case at trial that takes place these days in El Paso, Texas against Posada Carriles.

 

“The Five are an example of dignity. Cuba has been subjected to the actions of the mafia in Miami and other countries in the Caribbean as well. Therefore, the fight for freedom of the Five is our struggle, and today more than ever we must require that release. It is our duty to make known to the world, singing to that cause is my best contribution, "he said Gabby.
