Saint Lucia Cuba Hour with the Cause of our Five Heroes.
SAINT LUCIA, 28th September 2011.- Continuing with the push to sensitize listeners in radio land and in cyberspace on an instance of judicial terrorism' exercised in a territory regarded as the bastion of democracy - the USA - the Association's, THE CUBA HOUR began the traditional program with the article, written by José Pertierra, "Judge Lenard's Cruel and Bizarre Decision Against Rene", which exposes the utter lack of confusion... in fact, the absence of any sense of justice in the decisions of Federal District Court judge Joan Lenard in the case of the United States against the Cuban Five. The usual host, Edgar Rossini considers that this abhorrent behavior is not directed merely against Antonio Guerrero Rodríguez, Fernando González Llort, Ramón Labañino Salazar, Rene González Sehwerert and Gerardo Hernández Nordelo, but against the Republic of Cuba!
The program also included the reading of Edel Morales' poem "THE FOREST OF FLAGS", taken from the anthology in tribute to The Five called "HOPING IN SOLITUDE".
THE CUBA HOUR, greatly involved in the fight in favor of the lifting of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba, ended with the reading of Jorge L. Rodriguez González's article: "DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE BLOCKADE AMOUNT TO $975 BILLION", calling Saint Lucians to express their opposition to this genocidal policy.
