Cuban Ambassador meets with President of the Council of Barbuda. ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, December 28, 2009.- The Cuban Ambassador in Antigua and Barbuda, José M. Inclán held a meeting with Kelvin Punter, President of the Council of Barbuda where addressed issues of the development of bilateral relations and prospects for its enlargement. Responsible for health in Barbuda, accompanied Ambassador and Dr. Antonio M. Avila, responsible for the Cuban medical brigade, to visit health facilities where Cuban personal provides collaboration.
