Foreign Minister of Dominica Visits Cuba CUBA, March 23, 2009. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Labor of Dominica, Vince Henderson, arrived in Havana on Sunday for an official visit. According to Granma news daily, during his stay in the Caribbean archipelago, the distinguished visitor will hold official talks with his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, and will meet with other Government authorities.
