Honduran President Arrives in Cuba on Monday CUBA, March 2, 2009. Honduran President Jose Manuel Zelaya Rosales is arriving in Cuba on Monday afternoon for a working visit. According to Granma news daily, Zelaya will conduct a series of activities that include his participation in the 11th International Meeting of Economists on Globalization and Development Problems that begins today in Havana.
