CUBA, October 21th, 2009. Belizean Minister of Foreign Affairs and Commerce, Wilfred Elrington, will arrive on Wednesday in Cuba, invited by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla. During his stay, the distinguished guest will hold official talks with his Cuban counterpart and will be heading the Belizean delegation to the twelfth Cuba-Belize Intergovernmental Meeting.
