Elrington and his delegation arrived in Havana on Wednesday for an official visit, at the invitation of Rodriguez. The distinguished visitor is heading his country’s delegation to the 12th Cuba-Belize Intergovernmental Meeting, and during his stay on the island will tour places of historical and scientific interest.
