Cuban Minister of the Interior in Vietnam VIETNAM, August 16TH, 2010 .- Army Corps General Abelardo Colome Ibarra, the Cuban Minister of the Interior, arrived in this capital to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. Along with other foreign guests, the Cuba delegation laid a wreath honoring the revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh in the mausoleum which preserves his body, in Ba Dinh Square. In addition, the Cuban delegation will hold an intense schedule of official activities, and visits to sites of heritage interest, in keeping with the high level of political relations and cooperation between both countries.
