Cuban First Vice-President Receives Brazilian Ambassador CUBA, December 29, 2010.- Cuban First Vice-President Jose Ramon Machado Ventura received Brazilian ambassador to Cuba José Eduardo Martins Felicio this Wednesday morning. Both officials went over the current statues of the relationships between the two countries, which they described as excellent, prior to the swear-in ceremony of the elected Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff to be held on January 1.
