Esteban Lazo Travels to Argentina to Express Cuba’s Condolences. CUBA, October 28th, 2010.- Esteban Lazo, Vice-president of the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba, traveled to Argentina to personally convey to the people, the government, and the president of that fraternal nation, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, the condolences of the Cuban people and government for the death of her husband and former president Nestor Kirchner.
