Friends of Cuba in Grenada Demand Lifting of the Blockade. GRENADA, 15 October 2010.- A representation of solidarity organizations with Cuba in Grenada demanded the end of the U.S. blockade on Cuba, at a meeting held at the Cuban Embassy on the Caribbean Island. The Cuban Ambassador to Grenada, Angel Reigosa de la Cruz, took the opportunity to update the members of solidarity associations on the negative impact of the blockade on the Cuban people, as he pointed out that the current U.S. administration has not changed this genocidal policy. The friends of Cuba also had the opportunity to enjoy a documentary film on the history of the Cuban Revolution.
