Trinitarian Newspaper published article about the Cuban 5. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, October 9, 2010.- In its Sunday Edition Trinidad Express Newspaper published an article by Barbados-based prominent Guyanese journalist Rickey Singh, which made references to the 34th Anniversary of the blowing in mid-air of Cubana de Aviación plane off the coast of Barbados. The article emphasizes the call made to President Obama by Caribbean citizens to release the 5 Cuban anti-terrorists unjustly imprisoned in the United States, which appears on the website of the prestigious Professor of the University of the West Indies Dr. Norman Girvan. The article also made a brief mention to the Cuban 5 case, the international campaign launched by Cuba since 2000, when they were sentenced, as well as the support that they have received by prestigious people.
