TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, March 20, 2011. The Honourable Dr. Keith Rowley, Leader of the People´s National Movement Party (PNM) and Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, received on Tuesday the Cuban Ambassador in Trinidad and Tobago Humberto Rivero Rosario.
