A Jamaican leading newspaper publishes Statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba on August 19th, 2011.
JAMAICA, August 28, 2011.- Last Friday, August 25th, “The Observer”, one of Jamaica’s leading newspapers of nationwide circulation, published almost in its entirety, the text of the recent Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba in which the unjust inclusion of Cuba in the spurious list prepared by the U.S. State Department on international terrorism sponsoring states, is denounced.
The abovementioned article entitled “USA must punish the real terrorists” and published in the section Opinions, included photos of notorious terrorists Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosch.
The Embassy of Cuba in Kingston had released a press communiqué containing the unabridged text of the above-said Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (Cubaminrex-Embacuba Jamaica)
