Cuban Vice President Machado Ventura Meets with Cooperants in Venezuela
Immediately after arriving, last Sunday afternoon, Machado met with leaders of all the Cuban missions and made a balance of the work done on 2010, including the assistance to more than 130 000 citizens grouped in shelters due to the intense rains. The Cuban representative expressed his recognition to the more than 2 000 cooperants working on emergency tasks, and reiterated the disposition of the 44 000 cooperants to make their best efforts for the well being of the Venezuelan people.
