Dr. Fahd A. Balghunaim, minister of agriculture and water in Saudi Arabia receives Cuban ambassador. SAUDI ARABIA, February 3, 2011.- Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Fahd Abdulrahman Balghunaim, received here the Ambassador of Cuba to the Kingdom H.E. Laureano Rodriguez Castro. During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and discussed a number of issues of common interest between the two countries. The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
