 Hyatt Hotel Opens its Doors to the Cuban Flavour.

P1000845TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, May 27, 2011. With the presence of the Mayor of the City of Puerto Spain, Mr. Louis Lee Sing, Margaret Parillon Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among other local personalities successfully began yesterday, the Festival of Cuban Food at the Hyatt Hotel in this capital. 

Also attended the inaugural dinner  the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in this caribbean island Humberto Rivero Rosario, Otto Marrero, Head of the  Caribbean Desk of the Central Committee, of the PCC, Nazim Burke and Harold Lovell,  Ministers of Finance of  Grenada and Antigua and Barbuda respectively, who were participating in a regional event in the Hotel, Maria Eugenia Marcano, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the artists Alicia Leal, José Rodríguez Fuster, Vicente Rodríguez Bonachea and Alberto Sautúa. 

During the evening diners were transported to Cuba through the authentic Cuban Creole cuisine prepare by the outstanding Chef of the Hotel Sevilla Santiago Gutiérrez, and the music of the “Son de Cuba” that entertained the dinner.
The relaxed atmosphere and contagious Cuban music, prompted some of those present, in an unusual cct, to get out of their seats and dance to the rhythm of Cuban Son. (Cubaminrex-Embacuba Trinidad and Tobago)
