Saint Lucia Minister of External Affairs Receives Cuban Ambassador. SAINT LUCIA, May 24th, 2011.- The Minister of External Affairs of Saint Lucia Rufus Bousquet received the Ambassador of Cuba on the island, Lydia González Navarro. The meeting took place at the Offices of the Ministry of External Affairs of Saint Lucia; which was favorable to express once again the mutual appreciation for the state of cooperation between both countriesñ in particular, the solid support offered by Saint Lucia for Cuba in the fight against the Blockade.
