Association of Cuban Residents in The Cayman Islands, Sends Greetings to the 2nd Regional Meeting Held in the Dominican Republic JAMAICA, November 21, 2011.- The Association of Cuban Residents in The Cayman Islands, sent last Friday, 18th November, a message of solidarity to the 2nd Meeting of Cuban Residents in the Caribbean, held in the Dominican Republic last Saturday 19th November. The unabridged text of the message reads as follows: “Our Association of Cuban Residents in the Cayman Islands, considers pertinent the issues proposed in the Plan of Action for the Associations of Cuban residents in the Caribbean and makes them of its own, for the period 2011-2012, ready to always make the best effort in the attainment of those objectives and tasks which are necessary to safeguard the independence and sovereignty of our homeland and the welfare of the Cubans of goodwill who are willing to defend the Cuban nation”.
