Mexico Celebrates its Day at the 29th Edition of Havana International Fair 2011 HAVANA, November 2nd, 2011. With a representation of 26 local companies, Mexico celebrated its participation in the new edition of the International Fair of Havana, FIHAV 2011, which attend 1500 exhibitors of 57 countries and that will be open from 31 October to 5 November 2011. The ceremony, celebrated yesterday in the Mexican trade fair area at the Havana International Exhibition Centre ExpoCuba, was chaired by the highest authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Foreign Investment of Cuba, representatives of other national institutions as the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as by the Mexican Ambassador in Cuba and the Governor of State of Yucatan. The representatives of both nations that took part, agreed in recognizing the development of the bilateral bonds in the economic and commercial spheres and the opportunity that the event offers to continue strengthening them.
