Celebrated 53 Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution in The Bahamas
BAHAMAS, January 19, 2011. The 53rd Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution was celebrated at the Reception Cocktail in The Breezes Hotel in Nassau that was offered by Ambassador of Cuba on Wednesday, 18, 2012. The Honorable Brent Symonette, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and members of the Bahamian Parliament attended the celebration.
The Cuban Ambassador, Ernesto Soberon Guzman demanded the end of the blockade and the immediate release of the Cuban FIVE, unjustly imprisoned in U.S.
In this regards, the Cuban diplomat thanked Bahamian Government for supporting the Cuban resolution about the US Blockade against the Cuban people in the General Assembly in United Nation, every year.
