Minister of health of Antigua and Barbuda attends a scientific workshop of the Cuban medical team

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, December 13th, 2009.- With the presence of the Minister of health Honorable Wilmoth Daniels and the Cuban Ambassador to Antigua, José M. Inclán, undertook the Scientific Workshop of the Cuban Medial Team that provides services in Antigua and Barbuda.

The Amphitheatre of the Mount St. John Hospital’s served as the scenario for the presentation of 15 scientific researches which were widely discussed.

Dr. Antonio Avila, Coordinator of the Cuban Brigade handed to the Minister a folder containing a copy of all the scientific research presented.

Stands for the first time, running this investigative activity jointly and in language English which was highlighted by the Minister of industry.

The Minister made the activity conclusions highlighting effort of the Cuban Medial Team in this joint endeavour by the improvement of health for the people of Antigua and Barbuda and thanked historical and permanent solidarity of the Cuban people. (Cubaminrex -EmbaCuba Antigua y Barbuda).
