Bolivian Medical Scholarship Holders Send a Message to Fidel.

CUBA, January 13th, 2011.- A group of 270 Bolivian youngsters who were studying Medicine in Cuba and returned to their country to end their studies sent a message of appreciation to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and his people for the possibility of studying on the island.

The members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in Bolivia, who will be their professors for a year, welcomed the students, who showed nostalgia for leaving behind a people that received them as their children five years ago.

The special correspondent of the Cuban Television reported that the scholarship holders thank the families that took them in and the country that made it possible for them to study Medicine so they can return today to their homeland with the objective of bringing what they have learned on the Caribbean island to every spot in Bolivia..

The scholarship holders also showed their pride for returning to Bolivia with their objectives achieved and with the example of a very good people that gives its solidarity to many countries, and for being able to the peoples of The Americas and the rest of the world.

They reiterated their gratitude to Fidel, the initiative of which will allow them to  become physicians one year from now, not only for their country of origin, but also for the world, since they’re willing to offer their services wherever needed. (Cubaminrex-Cuban News Agency)
