Raúl Calls for Greater Discipline.
CUBA, March 30th, 2011.- In a meeting that Raúl Castro held with the Council of Ministers, the leader defended the idea of continuing the recovery of discipline in the country.
The Head of State emphasized that solutions to current problems require preparation and the observation of what is established, otherwise it would be difficult to accomplish the projects devised.
The agenda of the meeting also included the discussion of the rehabilitation of the railroad system which includes a new organizational framework, the repair of the rail ways and the equipping of train repair shops.
The Council of Ministers passed the credit and banking policy for Cuban nationals, which supports the new economic model, including the granting of credits and loans to farmers and the self-employed.
Also during the meeting, the health system authorities reported some changes to be applied in order to increase the quality and sustainability of that service. (Cubaminrex-AIN-RHC)
