CUBA.  April 6, 2010. - According to the information provided by various provinces, those tens of thousands of participants in the April 25 elections are being properly trained in order to have a successful electoral process.

According to the National News Agency (AIN), that training aims to teach them how to work with forms and lists of voters used in the election, how to vote and counting the votes, among other important aspects.

Participants are also being briefed on the Cuban Electoral System and the Electoral Law so that all laws are respected, reports AIN.

Each electoral table will be made up of five citizens, who were previously selected from the communities they live in.

Electoral authorities said that all communities along with local organizations are working on the selection of those students guarding the urns as well as those neighbors supporting the electoral process.

These elections are to select those delegates for the 169 People’s Power municipal assemblies. Currently, their photos ad biographies are being displayed in every community. (Cubaminrex – Granma Daily)
