Luxemburg Friendship Association Restates Commitment with Cuba.

CUBA, February 15th, 2011.-  The Luxemburg-Cuba Friendship Association has restated its commitment to continue the struggle for the release of the Five Cuban antiterrorists fighters unjustly incarcerated in the US since 1998, and against the US blockade on Cuba.

For the past two years, this solidarity group has carried a number of activities aimed at spreading the truth about Cuban reality and, in particular, about the case of Fernando González, Gerardo Hernández, Antonio Guerrero, Ramón Labañino y René González

The association’s outgoing president Daniel Kies said his group strived to convey to the people of Luxemburg an image of Cuba not just a an advocator of international solidarity but as an important culture and science platform in Latin America. (Cubaminrex-RHC)
