Message of Support to Lucius Walker and IFCO from the Mexican Movement in Solidarity with Cuba

Dear Lucius,

The Mexican Movement in Solidarity with Cuba (MMSC) wishes to express its strong support for you and IFCO in the battle you are currently sustaining in the New York courtroom.

Your refusal to cooperate with the so-called investigation and to maintain a principled stand on both a legal and moral level in relation to citizen rights in relation to travel to Cuba is an important part of the current struggle against the blockade and for the normalization of relations between the United States and Cuba.

Your courage in defying U.S. government policy in the streets, through hunger strikes, and in the courtroom is an inspiration to us all.
