Zimbabwean Media Highlight Declarations against the Blockade to Cuba Stressed by President Robert Mugabe


ZIMBABWE, September 28, 2009. The official Zimbabwean newspaper “The Herald” highlighted in its front page the declarations made by President of Zimbabwe, Robert G. Mugabe, against the US blockade to Cuba. The leader hit such cruel policy at the 64th Session of the UN General Assembly.

The local press, taking the words of the African leader, scored that the blockade against Cuba already last 50 years, and that it has cost 96 billions USD to the Revolution, and thousands of suffering to the Cuban people. (Cubaminrex- EmbaCuba Zimbabwe)
