Havana, Apr 27 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Fidel Castro has insisted the government of George W. Bush knows where terrorist Luis Posada Carriles is and has the moral obligation of reporting the information.
Fidel Castro said Bush´s elemental duty is to clarify this situation. "Where is the ethics, where is the morality of this ruler?" the president asked while Washington remains silent after a request of political asylum presented by Posada Carriles.
The Cuban leader said the terrorist of Cuban origin is hidden in the US but the White House has failed to tell US people about the monster. He suggested Bush´s silence could be considered a crime, perjury or other serious violation of the US laws.
Fidel Castro revealed evidence that Posada Carriles´ lawyer Eduardo Soto sent a request of political asylum to the Department of Homeland Security on April 12, including the whereabouts of the terrorist.
One of the questions in the application demands the applicant to include his or her current address, according to the Cuban leader.
The form warns that the lawyer responsible in the case can only include real information and if any information is erroneous, it may be considered a felony.
The crime could be punishable with five years imprisonment and a fine of thousands of dollars, according to US law
