| Cuba-Guyana Strengthen Collaboration with New Accords CUBA , November 25, 2006 .- Marta Lomas, Cuba’s minister of Foreign Investment and Economic Collaboration, and Henry Jeffrey, the minister of International Cooperation and Foreign Trade of Guyana, closed a meeting in Havana between officials of the two governments with new agreements. Lomas and Jeffrey signed cooperation agreements in the fields of health, education, energy, agriculture, the sugar industry and sports.
