CUBA , September 6, 2007.- Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Patrick Manning starts an official visit to Cuba , according to a report by "Granma" newspaper. His agenda includes meeting with First Vice President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba Raul Castro Ruz, and attending the opening ceremony of the Trinidad and Tobago Trade Facilitation Office in Havana , among other activities, the daily states. The Trinitarian delegation, which will be here until September 8, is also made up of Education Minister Hazel Manning, Industry and Trade Minister Kennerth Valley , Culture, Community Affairs and Gender Affairs Minister Joan Yville-Williams, Housing Minister Keith Rowley, as well as other officials.
