Havana, Dec 4 (Prensa Latina) Juan Ignacio Siles del Valle, Bolivian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cult, referred to his 5-day visit to Cuba as transcendental, after meeting with several Cuban government officials.
Shortly before his departure from Havana’s José Martí International Airport, the official told Prensa Latina he had come close to the Island´s achievements in different social and economic sectors. Cuba can considerably help Latin America in spheres such health, education, sports, and biotechnology, Siles pointed out.
The visit also allowed me learn what both countries can do for the benefit of bilateral relations, he noted. Regarding this, commercial and economic exchange should be further strengthened.
Cuba and Bolivia signed various bilateral cooperation agreements in the framework of the 5th Inter-governmental Joint Commission held here this week.
