CUBA, May 16, 2007.- A juvenile jury on behalf of the Cuban people held in this capital Luis Posada Carriles and the US government responsible for the crime of State Terrorism. The sentence was pronounced Tuesday in the flag raising ceremony at Havana s Jose Marti Anti-Imperialist Tribune, in the presence of Young Communist League first secretary Julio Martinez. The political trial started Monday with the slogan "Youth accuses Posada Carriles and the US government." The jury s president read the record of the terrorist, linked to the Condor Plan, the covert war in Nicaragua, violent actions on Cuba and an assassination attempt against Cuban President Fidel Castro. Also attending were relatives of the five Cuban anti-terrorist fighters unfairly imprisoned in US almost nine years and of victims of violent actions planned from Florida. Experts, investigators and relatives of victims of those sabotages, organized and executed by Posada Carriles with Washington support, were called to declare in the public hearing. (Cubaminrex-PL)
