DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, May 16, 2007.- Terrorist Luis Posada Carriles planned the blowing-up of the Cuban civilian plane off Barbados, while he was in the Dominican province of Bonao, under protection from the Central Intelligence Agency, recalled the Dominican press. In a documented investigation, the digital newspaper Opcion Final reported describes Posada as "a servile paid agent who operated under the direction of the CIA and other intelligence services devoted to spread terrorism as a criminal expression at its highest level." "Along with other Cuban-born terrorists, including Orlando Bosch, he became the executioner of 73 innocent passengers on board a Cubana de Aviacion plane blown up off Barbados," added the newspaper. He is a confessed terrorist with a long career, who is protected by the George W. Bush government, so he does not stand trial despite all his violations, as well as his crimes against humankind, Opcion Final stressed. The newspaper provided information about a meeting between Posada and CIA operative Sacha Volman in Bonao to plan the sabotage of the Cuban plane. Volman was the host of a meeting among Posada, Orlando Bosch and other counterrevolutionary elements such as Felipe Rivero, Frank Castro, Eulalio Castro and Roberto Carballo. The late Alexander Vlonsky, aka Sacha Volman, was an executive of the multinational company Falconbridge and a CIA agent infiltrated in the party founded by Juan Bosch, according to Opcion Final. "It is a shame that millions of people in the world know that a judge released the human monster Posada Carriles in the United States," stressed the Dominican newspaper. (Cubaminrex-PL)
