Stephen Kimber, Canadian writer, toured United States and awoke the public's interest on the case of the Cuban Five antiterrorists, according to the International Committee to Free these Cuban fighters. The visit included six universities, community centers and churches from north California, to present his book, “What Lies Across the Water- The Real Story of The Cuban Five”.

CUBA, March 5, 2014.- The United Kingdom has denied an entry visa to Cuban anti-terrorist fighter Rene Gonzalez, who was invited to participate at the International Investigation Commission on the case of the Cuban Five, to take place March 7th and 8th in London.
SENEGAL, March 5, 2014. Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Senegal, Amadou Kebe, received the Cuban ambassador, Jorge León Cruz, at the headquarters of this ministry. Cuban Ambassador conveyed a letter of invitation addressed to Chancellor Mankeur Ndiaye, from his Cuban counterpart, to carry out an official visit to the Caribbean island.
THE BAHAMAS, March 5th, 2014.- H.E. Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Cuban Ambassador to The Bahamas, paid a courtesy call to the Governor General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Sir Arthur Foulkes. During the meeting, the Cuban diplomat and the Governor General reviewed the current situation of the bilateral relations as well as new opportunities of bilateral cooperation.

CUBA, March 05, 2014.- Executive Chairperson of the National Youth Council of Namibia, Mr Mandela Kapere, was received in Havana by Yuniasky Crespo Baquero, First Secretary of the Communist Youth Union of Cuba.
During the pleasant exchange, the two leaders discussed the realities of their countries and agreed to strengthen the exchanges between the two youth organizations.

BAHAMAS, March 4th, 2014.- H.E. Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Ambassador of Cuba to The Commonwealth of the Bahamas paid a new Courtesy Call on the Chairman of the College of the Bahamas (COB) Council, Mr. Alfred Sears, on March 4th, 2014. During the exchange, the Chairman of the COB and the Cuban Ambassador reviewed the state of the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially on the education field.
