In a dialogue with Prensa Latina via WhatsApp, intensive care specialists Marlen Fernandez, Yanara Solano and Jaqueline Rojas highlighted the gratitude of patients and government officials of Barbados.
The governor of the Lombardy region, Attilio Fontana, received on Thursday the Cuban ambassador to Italy, Jose Carlos Rodriguez, to whom he emphasized the island's help in fighting Covid-19 in that territory. Cuban doctors were taken to different provinces of Angola to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, Franco Mufinda, secretary of State for Public Health, said. Franco Mufinda stated the lab results in last 24 hours found that 237 Cuban doctors came back negative for infection, thus concluding a second test for members of the medical brigade, who completed the quarantine process.
