Raul Castro Meets with Visiting Panamanian President CUBA, August 13th, 2010.- Army General Raul Castro, President of the Cuban councils of State and Ministers, met on Friday afternoon with the President of the Republic of Panama, Ricardo Martinelli Berrocal, who is on a private visit to Cuba.
