"Let there be light" by Cuban filmmaker Roberto Chile was presented in Barbados.

BARBADOS, December 9, 2010.-  In the framework of the celebrations of the Caricom Cuba Day, was presented at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) the documentary "Let there be light" by Cuban Roberto Chile.

The saga of Cuban solidarity in the Caribbean in the realization of "Operation Miracle" told with a masterful use of the images shocked the audience in which the Chancellor of Barbados Maxine Mc Clean and Minister Haynesley Benn accompanied, Ambassador of Cuba, Lissette Perez.

Sequences that occur in the patient testimonials from several Caribbean islands benefit from this program to cure diseases of vision are quite eloquent when some of them expressed this is a sign of true love.

Adrian Husband, a renowned musician from Barbados, and one who has visited Cuba as part of his treatment for cataracts, told the audience: "What it shows this material is not fiction, is actually palpable.
