BARBADOS, November 3, 2010.- The Vice-president of the Council of States of Cuba, Esteban Lazo Hernández, who heads the Cuban delegation that take part in the honor of the recently deceased ex-prime minister David Thompson, signed at his arrival yesterday evening the book of condolences arranged to the effect in the airport "Grantley Adams".
