Raul Castro Receives Bolivian Foreign Minister. The cordial meeting confirmed the excellent bilateral relations and mutual cooperation development between Bolivia and Cuba. The gathering also focused on issues of international interest. CUBA, October 16, 2010.- Cuban President Raul Castro Ruz met on Friday evening with Bolivia´s Foreign Affairs Minister David Choquehuanca Cespedes, who is paying and official visit to Cuba. During the cordial meeting, Raul Castro and David Choquehuanca confirmed the excellent state of bilateral relations and cooperation between Bolivia and Cuba.
