Diplomatic representatives of Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala and Cuba, among other countries, and members of the Latin American community in Ottawa, met at City Hall (home of Mayor) as part of the Latin American Festival held in this capital for a second year.
