A Jamaican TV channel screens documentary on the terrorist bombing of a CUBANA airliner in 1976 JAMAICA, November 22, 2011.- During late October and early November, Channel 31 of TELSTAR cable company, with principal office in Kingston, screened the documentary “Explosion on board, the true story of flight 455”. The documentary film recounts the true story of the horrendous crime committed against a CUBANA airline DC-8 aircraft in 1976, off the coasts of Barbados, an attack masterminded by notorious terrorists Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosch. That abominable act claimed the lives of 73 passengers, including the members of the Young Cuban fencing team that had achieved a resounding triumph at the Caracas Central American Games.
