Cuban Collaborators Send Letter of Solidarity with President Hugo Chávez. ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, July 4, 2011.- Cuban Collaborators of the health and construction brigades sent a letter of solidarity with President Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías: His Excellency Mr. Javier López Morillo Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in this country. The letter expressed the same desire to complete recovery to the state of health in recent days and offer their unconditional support and coming out victorious in this battle to return to the forefront of the fight with his people.
