Caucus of PNP Councillors in Jamaica congratulates PCC on its 6th Congress JAMAICA, May 7, 2011.- Late last April, Mrs. Angela Brown-Burke, President of the National Caucus of the People’s National Party (PNP) Councillors, sent a congratulatory message to the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) on the successful holding of its 6th Congress. In the aforesaid message, it is indicated, among other things, that the 6th Congress became an important milestone in the process of maturity of the Cuban Revolution.
