Cubans living in Barbados celebrate with Cuban Mission the Mother's Day.

BARBADOS. May  9, 2011.- The sweltering heat that reigns these days in this small eastern Caribbean Island, was no obstacle to thirty Cuban met at the headquarters of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Barbados to celebrate Mother's Day.

Led by the Chief of Mission Lissette Perez and the rest of the team at the Embassy, on Sunday served to strengthen ties between the Cuban nation and migration, in this case to honor and remember Mother's Day, a tradition that is effective for Cubans wherever they are.

Colbert, Directors of the Association of Cuban Residents in Barbados expressed words of praise to the mothers present and reminded those who are not, in reference to the importance of the date for all Cubans.

Among Cuban music and revelry Cubans residing in the beautiful Caribbean island did feel the warmth that competed with temperatures over 35 degrees step. (Cubaminrex-Embacuba Barbados)
