Ambassador of Cuba meets with Haitian Minister of Foreign Affairs
The Haitian Minister of Foreign Affairs recalled that during his visit to Cuba he held conversations with Cuban authorities on the need to support Haiti in the recovery of its airport infrastructure and conveyed President Martelly is engaged with the reconstruction of three other airports. Lamothe thanked Cuba and Venezuela, countries in charge of the works at Cap-Haitien International Airport, for the support offered to Haiti. (Cubaminrex)

HAITI, November 25, 2011.- The Haitian ministers of Foreign Affairs, Laurent Lamothe, and Planning and External Cooperation, Jude Hervé, met with Cuban Ambassador to that country, Ricardo García Nápoles, and José Arañaburo, representative of the commission for cooperation Cuba-Venezuela-Haiti, to assess the process of reconstruction of a Haitian airport.
