THE NETHERLANDS, September 6, 2011.- The newspaper Manifest, organ of the New Communist Party of Netherlands, (NPCN) published in its number 29 of September 1, 2011, a photo of the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and dear Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias at his recent visit Havana for  his medical check-up.
