Cuban coach Luis Forcelledo ready for next round.
NAMIBIA, September 1, 2011. The After School Centre Wrestling Club (ASCWC) leading by the Cuban coach Luis Forcelledo Paz, returned home, after took part in two competitions in South Africa, with nine gold, five silver and one bronze medals.
The team of eight wrestlers competed in the Johnnie Reitz Big Five and the Centurion competitions in Pretoria.
The Cuban coach Luis Forcelledo said he was proud of his youthful team’s performance. “I am very proud because the competition was very strong and the results they achieved were very good,” Forcelledo Paz said.
The captain of the ASCWC, Paavo Hihangwa said they were glad to get the opportunity to compete. “We trained hard and managed to get gold medals for our country. Namibia never got that many medals in a single competition in wrestling,” he added. (Cubaminrex-EmbaCuba Namibia)
