Message of condolence sent by the former tanzanian Prime Minister

TANZANIA, September 5th,, 2011. Dr. Salim Ahmed Salim, former Primer Minister of Tanzania, sent to the Cuban Embassy in Dar es Salaam his deepest sympathies to the Cuban leaders for the death of member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the , Vice President of the Council of State and Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR), General  Julio Casas Regueiro.

Dr. Salim’s message reads as follows:

“My dear Ambassador Ernesto Gomez,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the regrettably passing away of Vice President Casas Regueiro.

I am currently in Cairo, for African Unions meetings and thus will not be able to come to the Embassy to sign the condolences book.

Please convey my condolences to the Cuban leadership and to the
bereaved family.
